The following key indicators need to be checked during the acceptance inspection of a home elevator:
Safety devices (emergency stop, speed governor, buffer)
Operating performance (speed ≤ 0.4m/s, noise ≤ 55dB)
Dimensions and load capacity (conforms to design specifications, e.g., load capacity 250-400kg)
Electrical safety (insulation resistance ≥ 0.5MΩ)
Door system (anti-pinch force ≤ 150N) Ensure safety and performance meet national standard GB/T 21739-2008.
Additionally, the following should be carefully checked during the acceptance inspection of a home elevator:
Landing door locking device (ensures automatic locking upon closing at each floor to prevent accidental opening);
Leveling accuracy (error ≤ ±10mm to ensure smooth stopping);
Emergency lighting and intercom (automatically activates in case of power failure, intercom system must be clear and unobstructed). Our elevators all comply with the national standard GB/T21739-2008, are equipped with triple anti-fall devices (speed governor, safety brake, and buffer), and provide on-site installation and commissioning services to ensure one-time acceptance.
