The operating procedure includes loading the user's wheelchair onto the platform and locking the wheelchair brakes, turning on the power control switch on the control panel (if a height-lowering door is installed, it must be closed before using the platform), pressing the up or down control switch to start the platform; the electrical control is momentary control (press and hold to run); the equipment automatically stops at the set height; and the emergency stop switch can be pressed in case of emergency. Operation modes include momentary control or automatic. Safety devices include a safety interlock to ensure the platform cannot operate under any abnormal conditions; a safety touch panel to immediately stop operation when an obstacle is encountered; and a manual lowering device for use in case of power failure or malfunction.
The safety system of the accessible lifting platform includes multiple subsystems such as protective devices, fixing and stabilizing devices, and an emergency stop and alarm system. Protective devices are designed to prevent accidental falls of people and goods. The platform has a four-sided enclosed structure, and the guide plates are equipped with fall arrestors to prevent the platform from falling in the event of a chain breakage. The platform surface has an anti-slip design. Fixing and stabilizing devices ensure the stability of the platform during operation. Common devices include anchor bolts and support feet to securely fix the platform to the ground.
