Working Principle Of Barrier-free Lifting Platform Elevator

Feb 18, 2026 Leave a message

The drive system is the core of the barrier-free lifting platform's operation, mainly divided into two types: electric and hydraulic. Electric drive systems utilize an electric motor and transmission device to achieve the lifting platform's raising and lowering motion. The electric motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, which drives the platform's movement via the transmission device. Suitable electric motors have a power rating of 0.75kW and operate on 220V AC or 110V AC voltage. Hydraulic drive systems use hydraulic components such as hydraulic cylinders and pumps to achieve the lifting platform's raising and lowering motion; screw drives can also be used.

The core components of the control system include the electrical control cabinet, motor drivers, sensors, and the user interface. The electrical control cabinet is the central processing unit, responsible for receiving instructions from the user interface and converting them into corresponding control signals, which then control the lifting platform's raising and lowering actions via the motor drivers. Sensors monitor the platform's status and position in real time and feed this information back to the electrical control cabinet, ensuring the platform operates within safe limits. The user interface allows users to issue commands via buttons, switches, or a touchscreen; the interface design prioritizes user-friendliness.
